Neptune

Neptune is a massive underwater settlement located in the shallow Kingston Bay, from which the planet is named. Neptune is built around SBH-01, a large smokestack chimney-like facility designed to pump vast amounts of seabed gas and minerals to the surface. The city of Neptune has developed around the exterior of this pipe, using its waste heat and pressure to keep the city powered, heated, and pressurised. SBH-01 connects to several massive refinement rigs on the surface, connected by above-ground walkways. On the surface, between the rigs, lies the Neptune Spaceport, a vast sea-to-space system capable of processing submersible, spacecraft, and seaborne vessels.
