Gauss

Gauss is a large settlement located in northern Lorriman. It is built into and through the Valles Huttonis, a system of canyons that runs along the Lorriman surface. Home to The Institute's Xenobiology departments, Gauss is accessible via maglev trains that run across the surface to The Hub. It also has a minor spaceport located a few miles south of the city's main entrance.
Gauss is home to a large number of academies and institutions, including the planet's few multi-species universities. It has a large alien cultural quarter, many of whom work in the xenobiology department.
