I tell you, Séamus, those Labyrinthians are a desperate bunch. Look, I know the tales of treasures found in the Labyrinth, but can you honestly tell me these fools last long enough to spend the coin?

The Labyrinth grants certain professions to those who seek to explore its depths. Note that these professions are not associated with Dungeon Professions, but are unique to and only usable within the Labyrinth.

• Labyrinth Delver (Exploration within the Labyrinth)
• Labyrinth Traveler (Passage between towns outside the Labyrinth)

Career

Qualifications

There are no special qualifications needed to join a Labyrinthian Profession.  However, each separate profession has its own starting qualifications and paths of advancement.

Perception

Purpose

On the surface, the purpose of these professions is to aid the weary traveler's journey through the Labyrinth.  The wiser of us knows, however, that the Labyrinth is not a benevolent being.  It is always hungry, and any boon it provides always comes with a cost.

Demographics

Although there are certainly those who regularly enter Dungeons and even The Labyrinth, these people tend to be short term prospectors hoping to hit it big within a few forays.  Those who do seek this as a long term profession tend to join the various guilds dedicated to the field.
