Neutral Evil (NE) is the embodiment of selfish ego -- the alignment of those who do whatever they can get away with, without compassion or qualms.
Neutral Evil humans are self-interested pragmatists. They do everything they can to get ahead in whatever situation they find themselves, using whatever tools are available to them.
