They were orphaned at a young age but Yves Delacroix, a friend of the family, took them in. Yves owns the Bleeding Blade and Karina is positioned to inherit the inn. They work as a performer and bar hand there. Yves tries to shelter Karina but they find plenty of trouble and adventure nonetheless.

This enthusiastic Tiefling is bubbly but easily bored by inaction. They are well-read but their language is informal and takes on the inflections of people they're with. They unknowingly reflect others' personality traits as a people pleasing trauma response.
