Training
All personnel must go through physical conditioning; making sure they can work and fight through panic, sleep deprivation, pain, heat exhaustion, and the cold. After passing this training they are taught to maintain their weapons and armour. The training may seem sadistic but it improved both the combat potential and the survival rate on the battlefield. After this training is complete recruits begin specialised training. KYDIM training: hand to hand combat, sword and shield combat, basic literacy (improved literacy for those who show loyalty and potential at espionage), and basic tactics. WARSEA HENS BAEORUM training: shield wall tactics, short sword combat, spear combat (and javelin throwing), basic first aid, and literacy. GLIOGRAYA: tracking, camouflage, trap making, poisoning, hand to hand combat, short sword and dagger combat, and espionage including basic literacy and numeracy.
