History
As the empire expanded the PEYRAIM needed a small army of scribes to note the orders of the PEYRAIM, encode the laws and to calculate and collect taxes. those who performed this work eventually became known as LYBO.
It was the third PEYRAIM who decided that the workers should wear an overtunic colour coded to show, at a glance, the work his servants engaged in. This allowed the guards to root out potential spies and assassins when a worker was doing work outside of their colours.
