Before The Burning of Souls

Before the Sacking of North, Lislow was a quaint and plain planent, full of minor kingdoms and warring tribes, locked in their biome and cultural places. There was little recorded history before this, and even this era is scant on details.

    Groups of humanoids that are not Lislander appear in the north, weilding weapons and powers that dwarf any opposition. While at first they seemed content to remain in the frigid icelands, after a light altercation with a forgotten Lislander culture, they turned extremely hostile.

    For hundreds of years Lislanders wage war after war and engaged in conflict after conflict with the Talthorians. While Alliances rose and fell, Lislanders rarely had time to fight eachother as they spent all their resources and people on keeping up with the superior Talthorians

    Era beginning/end

    The old Heroes of Legend, Agni Amelani, Dlisn Mountain-Cutter, Kiri Yashmoto, Glinlam the Shaman, and others storm the Talthorian Temple under the cover of dawn and accidently blow up the Shard of Magic that was within. New Talthoria is mostly leveled and the 'Heroes' with newfound abilities that made them more powerful than the average powerful Talthorian, wrought destruction through the whole north. The Talthorian colony is set back thousands of years of work, with no way to recover.

    Sightings of Mutated Animals and Fauna

    While there are reports of Munrai villages getting attacked late at night and killed by what is first thought to be bears, mutated and intelligent animals are attacking people in the wilderness... Asmall village is destroyed and leaves no survivors, all evidence proves to not have been Lislander or Talthorian.

    The Hero of Legend, Agni Amelani with many of his kin found the new City State of Tetra Prime in the Tetra Forests The Waelsaung and Free Peoples welcome them to the continental scene, but the Munrai declares them traitors and threatens immediate annexation.

    A band of roving Munrai that have been raiding the Plains are repelled by a group from the Free Peoples, and survivors note reality warping abilities being used by both sides,

    The First Lislander war
    Political event

    After several unseccesful attacks on the Tetraits, Munrai is faced with an overwhelming combination attack by them and the Munrais old enemy, the Waelsung. A great amount of the Empire is freed or laid to waste, but the Fulhumines surprise everyone by coming to their aid by stomping armies through the Plains and repelling the attack. The Free Peoples are greatly annoyed and refuse more passage, inciting more conflicts on the borders, including the Never-Forest actively releasing mutated animals and Lislanders to kill anyone who dared step in. With no clear winner, each group settles into their new land and conflicts are restricted to small spats and via proxy.

    With war raging it was no longer possible to hide or deny the uses of SoulBurn, nor the destruction it was causing. Delegates from all sides came together in the Sun'seir to discuss how to deal with it.

    For nearly a decade Talthorians launched brutal attacks against the Lislanders, intent on repaying what was done to them tenfold. The war came to a anticlimatic stop as each group began using SoulBurn to great effectiveness, wrecking many cities and much of the country side.

    Knowing the wars were only going to lead to everyone's quick ruin, an uneasy peace is signed by all parties to keep major hostilities away from the common peoples while the bigger problem of the rebelling Munrai and monsters was dealt with.

    The contriversal creation and use of a potion made from Talthorian blood is made and sold widely in the blackmarkets. Several Talthorians begin to go missing.

    Lislanders Evolving

    All of Lislanders seem to have gone through wild evolutional changes centered around their cultures and the new Divine beings that had come to them. They seem to settle into 4 major subspecies; Munrai, Tetraite, Waelsaung, Fulhumine and the Free Peoples mutate into several smaller ones amongst themselves.
    In the East theres a group of Munrai who no longer are Munrai, but have yet found a new name.
