Craft with the very building blocks of creation
Fascinated by Elemental Manipulation and the different Aspects he could control and change to his whims, he set out to make a learning tool, hopefully, to teach others some sort of Unnatural Affinity to other Elements and their Aspects. He didn't quite manage that, but he did fashion six rings, each composed of a base Element, that gave the wearer nearly full control of the Element and all of its Aspects to a finer degree than even the most practice SoulBurner using their Natural Affinity. Having never got them to work quite as he wanted them to, they remained Incomplete and were stolen by the Exhaul'd, never returning to his possession and ending up in the hands of the Talthorians.
While they never served their original purpose, they did greatly boost the users of Elemental Abilities and allowed them to absorb Elements coming back at them with ease, depending on which ring is being worn and used. It doesn’t give Natural Affinity but gives the wearer control that by all means is better than most's Natural Abilities.
As they were meant as learning tools and not necesarily the crafting tool or weapon they ended up being, their extreme use can often cause near instant BurnOut if the wearer is not careful.Remove these ads. Join the Worldbuilders Guild
