Backpack

A tool for holding other things.

Ankauseun put the last berry pouch into his backpack and wiped the sweat from his brow. He took a moment to view the woods and breathe. Then he slung the bag over his shoulder and headed off. Surely these would make a good addition to dinner.

Cultural Significance

The backpack has been found in every sentient culture. The utility of the item makes it prolific. However, the backpack often does not recieve much attention.

Manufacturing process

First a pouch or container must be constructed. Then to it is added straps that allow it to be worn on the back. Some backpacks are loose pouches while others are built on sturdy frames.
