The Curse of the Undying
Transmission & Vectors
It can be transmitted by transfusion of cursed blood. This has been done by Captain Damagius Awaynio and is the plot of A Curse Transfusion - Amled's Cursed Campaign Overview.
Causes
People contracted this curse when Amled, the Deity of Instinct and Despair, died on The End of Everything, he released a curse upon the soldiers on the battlefield. This curse was lately named The Curse of the Undying and the people affected became known as The Damned.
Sequela
This curse "awards" two things to the people affected by it:
- Special teleportation powers
- A bunch of "purple scars" across the body, as well as a constant emanation of Void Mist through the person's pores. These traits make The Damned easily distinguishable and easily spotted. This has accelerated the process of prejudice against them
Affected Groups
The Damned belonging to all the races of Lindrinor
Prevention
Either don't fight on the The End of Everything or, if you do, dodge the shadow attacks from the dying Amled!
Cultural Reception
In general, this curse is not well seen by most people of Lindrinor, being a reason of prejudice on almost all realms.
