Small Rocky Shipwreck - LvL 1
Structure
Exposition
The player (or NPC) on the crow's nest will tell that he sees a small rocky island with a bunch of stranders trying to call for aid (they have made a bonfire and are making a lot of noise while putting their arms in the air). Players can choose whether or not to approach.
- Perception (10/15/20) A shipwreck can be seen on the island/There are 5-7 sailors/Sees the approaching group of raiding Osthions
Conflict
A ship shipwreck occurred on a small rocky island in the distance. Players will see some strangers on the island calling for help.
Reasons for shipwreck occurrence:
- It has been attacked by flying creatures (pteranodons) and that drove them into the rocky island (EAL)
Rising Action
When players are approaching (and when the boat is about 45 feet from the shore) a group of Osthions will jump out of the shore and start attacking the sailors. If players interfere, they'll start attacking the players as well. They aim to kill them and rob their riches and artifacts.
Resolution
- If saved, the stranding sailors will swear allegiance to the players should they accept
- Chest inside the shipwreck: Chest: (259 cp, 212 sp and 74 gp). One Potion of Healing and one dagger +1
