The Kingdom of Heim belongs to the Sea Elves. The powerful pirate fleet known as the Rusty Shivs are almost entirely composed of Sea Elves The Order of the Tide Master is a huge religious organization that almost all Sea Elves participate (some of them can even be granted powers from the god, becoming clerics or paladins)
