Scarr, the Betrayed, is the leader of the Draconids of Salt, one of the major pirate crew opperating in the Remote Islands in the year 176 ABE. He's a legendary ancient dragon that led The Fellowship of the Dragons but got betrayed and the end by his allies from The Living Alliance.
