Dragonborn

Dragonborn are not native to Kealaphus, instead arriving in the world during a cosmological event on their homeworld in 2109 N.W., transporting them to the mountains of what is now Palacuun. Thousands of dragonborn were involved in a massive battle between chromatic and metallic dragons. At the time of the event, the metallic dragonborn had the upper hand. Sensing the loss of any divine power behind them, the chromatic dragonborn threw down their weapons in surrender. In the millennia since, the dragonborn understand the ancient war only through written histories. Most dragonborn worship Meilfron /meilfrɒn/, the deity of the metallic dragonborn. Though there is no evidence that any dragonborn worship Shkultior /ˈʃkuːltɛor/, metallic dragonborn are often untrusting that the chromatic dragonborn have truly turned away from her.

Biological Traits

Bipedal reptilians lacking wings or tail, the dragonborn a large and hardy race. Their small, overlapping scales express a wide assortment of colors, usually with a bright, sheen, regardless of ethnicity. They usually possess a pair of horns along with various frills and wattles.
