Claw Sheath (dr: pauspaurfiː)

Dragonborn have large claws on the ends of their fingers. Without special care, these tend to be blunted, which suits them, as sharpened claws generate certain challenges when manipulating objects. Dragonborn who take care to maintain sharp claws (such as practitioners of Pa'usbounty) often wear leather caps on their claws to facilitate daily activities.

These caps may be on the end of gloves, but usually they sit on the end of articulated spines with rings that fit on their fingers. These spines extend from a bracelet or bracer, and the caps can simply be folded back to reveal the claws within.
