Five days after the White Tiger attack, on a rainy day, Kasai and his Keihin Gang group, The Jukugo, targeted the Hidora Clan's office to send a message of looming threat. Our Gokudo intercepted and uncovered the Keihin's use of Rai Transformation. Unlike others who undergo controlled injections, Keihin members consume raw essence pills to unlock Heat or enhance abilities, a highly unstable and often deadly process. After interrogation, we learned about the Keihin's leader and their grudge against the Chairman. The captured Kasai was released after signing a waiver for therapy with Dokuken Lieutenant Nichi Kusur.
