Silvano
The Capital Province of Niccarro, the Silvano province is home to the seat of power within Niccarro. Flanked by both arms of the Iallanisa Mountain Range and the Forest of Anakere, with the Forest of Kairis and Kalila Woods acting as natural funnels, it is the most naturally fortified province of Niccarro.
Iallanisa Range
The Iallanisa Range is a vast, wishbone shaped mountain range, that protects the region of Silvano, and spreads through to the Grolanara Range of Monsia, and Dianallin Range of Campera, Terminera, and Lacano. There are many ancient secrets held within this range, and many mines blunder its riches.
Kalila Woods
Stretching sixty miles from south west to north east, named for Kalila, the Artisan. The Kalila Woods are said to be home to some of the finest examples of White Oak. There are many tales of whispering dryads in these woods.
Forest of Anakere
The Forest of Anakere is a vast forest that stretches one hundred and sixty miles from east to west, and one hundred and seventy miles north to south, named for Anakere the Redeemed. It is always kept so through careful use of resources, and always replenished for this purpose. It is said an ancient creature dwells deep within its heart.
Forest of Kairis
The Forest of Kairis is an impressive forest stretching one hundred and twenty miles from South East to North West, named for Kairis, the Stalker. The land near it is perfect for use in the rearing of animals, and thus has been a boon for the houses that reside near it.
Ruins of Octon
Octon was once the home of a mighty house, House Octorian, who stood against Caten Melchiorre. They fortified themselves in their mighty castle, and waited out the war, sending supplies out from time to time to the Caten's enemies. Caten Melchiorre is said to have let forth fire from his hands and burned down the castle, killing all inside. It now stands as a monument of folly and defiance.
Silvarus Megalith
The Silvarus Megalith is a vast pre-severance monument, consisting of a ring of standing stones, with all manner of creatures carved on each stone, their names and meanings lost to time. It is regarded as an ancient holy site.
