Aethfin Federation of Republics
The remains of the Mizar Alliances control consists of the few remaining governments loyal to the beliefs of the core worlds.
The Altuni States
Based on Altuni, the twenty-seven regions of the planet elect from amongst their currently elected leaders one Representative to act on their behalf for a period of eight cycles.
The Duterat Democracy
Comprised of 150 million citizens, the Duterat counts all votes for a set of three Representatives. This vote is conducted every five cycles.
The Erusian Ministrium
Erus' elected Minister of Erus selects as part of their administration's cabinet a Representative to act as their voice within the Advocacy, who then also performs dutifully within the Federation. This assignment lasts until removed from duty by the Minister or when the Minister's ten cycle term is complete and a new Minister is elected. Rarely has a single Representative performed across administrations.
The Altunain Advocacy
Defined by their boarders within the Mizarian Triad, the Altunain Advocacy seeks a return to fair, balanced democratic ideals across the System. Each group within the Advocacy chooses it's membership in similar ways, but with it different terms.Tarunan Defense
Unlike the Altunain, the Tarunan have a single official, the Grand Admiral of Defense, who speaks for the entirety of the Tarunan people. In reality, they speak for and to Tarunan ideals of military might and control of the Aethfin Region itself. The Habos Mining Guilds
Currently, there are seven Mining Guilds in operation around the Aethfin Region. Many work independently of each other, but each has a major stake in the outcome of the Federations decisions. Each takes any chance to improve their Guilds control of Habos, and when possible, the broader region itself.

Interesting, though I know you say this is still a WIP article. I like how different the government systems are from each other; it'd be interesting to know they interact with each other in the federation.
