Leonos is the largest floating city on Scion 9, built by Stasoratis architects following the setllement of the Librea Cloud. The city rests on hundreds of bouyant platforms and moves about the planet with the currents. Highly technologically advanced, this city is home to many of the systems leading scientists and researchers.
