World Ember Homework week 1 to 4

The focus of this year's world ember is one degree of freedom. IE each article I create must be connected directly in some way to an already existing article or not in the journal I keep. That means no spontanious pantheons, no looking into parts of Infernus untouched or building new realms from scratch.

Week 2

Given how hap-hazard the world is going (given its just for me by me at the moment and whatever takes my fancy (or completes a challenge)) unifying the thing in a homepage and primer was never truely going to happen smoothly - the homepage has been nebulously updated for the moment but a primer is not in my future. Sorry dears.

Week 3

Finally a week of prep that speaks to my mind - I have a short story to read: "The haunting of tram car 015" by P Djeli Clark, I enjoyed the strong female voice throughout, even though it starred a male lead, and the mixing of 3 cultures along with their mythos. I shall be trying to draw on a similar layering of cultures and feels in my world.
-I updated my Tumblr with a bunch of reblogs and sourced images and posts done in a mix of the three corners I'm currently dived into because of novelember - witches, greenery, and solarpunk. I keep my Tumblr private so that's not getting linked here. (I still believe in a seperation of online identities)
-Currently I'm trying these longer ambient music youtubes - of which https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tX73Flin_J8 is an example.

Week 4

I'm talking more in the WE discord - mainly because I keep needing novelember help, but I'm also applying to a guild for help with the mood of my world.
I found out over novelember that I write better at the early hours before work, but I also set aside time at night for some solid effort. I also modified my spreadsheet to encorperate the new goals for december.
I plan to keep up some real life things, like a dinner with friends, the quiz nights I attend, and the walking around the green spaces of my city - 10km walks a go!
