Elythera, of Hearth and Production

Most worshipped in old times in the Starberry fields area of Levis, this goddess is the patron of hard work and the home. She is worshipped for her connection to the berry harvests of the area, although elsewhere she is more connected to the personal crops of the people of the communities.

In myth she is depicted as a plump woman with 6 arms, each holding a basket for picking, with a babe strapped to her back. Her hair is long and dark and her skin a brilliant green. And vegetable vines grow whereever she moves.

Worship to Elythera promotes the bond between food and community, and while dulled in the Starberry fields, Elythera worship promotes communal eating and large share plate type events.

Worship of other deities often sees some worship to the Hearth-Mother, as she embraces the need to be one with the earth, but also the need to work hard.

The sweat of your brow is a powerful ritualistic part of the worship of the Hearth-Mother, and no true praise to her name can be seen from those being seditery and lazy.
