Theoben Castor

The young son of the Castor family. Theoben is the operational head of the city watch in Valciso, and takes his position very seriously and personally. Theoben performs patrols every day along with his more trusted subordinates. As the head of the watch, Theoben does not permit any infractions against city rules, no matter how minor. While his father, Bosco Castor,  has the power to over-rule Theoben, and occasionally must when it comes to the matter of Lawrence Castor, Theoben prefers to come down with the full force of the law, and occasionally brutalizes repeat offenders before jailing them. His sense of honor is rigid and uncompromising.
