Bosco Castor

The De Facto head of the Castor family during the Betrayer War. Bosco is a large man, powerful both physically and politically, intelligent if not cunning, and runs the port city of Valciso. Bosco was still a child when Ryuushin was slain and the manner in which his family ruled the city sharply changed. Instead of shakedowns at regular intervals for whatever amount of gold they themselves deemed appropriate, suddenly the Castor's were charged with bringing in a specific amount of tax, and having upper limits on that same tax.
Even with the constraints set forth by the crown, Bosco is still very heavy handed in terms of tax policy, while simultaneously under reporting the city revenue in communication to the capital. The difference in the tax revenue is funneled straight into the Castor family coffers.
