The Turtle

Time has no meaning as you run towards this distant figure in the distance. Just when you think you are getting closer, this figure seems farther away as if it was trying to avoid you. Never the less you chase after it, hoping for answers to the questions you hold in your mind. Eventually, you grow tired of running and soon collapse from exhaustion into the cool stream of rocks that always appear the same. As you catch your breath the distant figure is suddenly standing before just a few feet away from where you are now sitting. A large turtle slowly paces back and forth across the shallow waters as it searches for stones to collect. This strange turtle pays no mind to your presence as it picks up one stone after another to examine and then store in its large, leather satchel. You ask who this turtle is only to be met with complete and total silence. Despite standing up and trying g to converse with the large turtle it persisted in its search for any stone it can find. Finally, after what seems like an eternity you scream in annoyance and anger " Why are you ignoring me!? If you're not going to tell me who you are or what this place is then can you at least point me to the exit"? The Turtle slowly looks up from under its straw hat and simply says " I am what I am, as Leicht is what it has always been, and always will be." You stand puzzled and confused when suddenly you notice a black orb floating just a few feet away from The Turtle and yourself. Puzzled and confused you look back where the turtle once stood only to find that he has disappeared from view. Before you search further an eerie voice calls our from the black orb that now floats in front of you. " Come closer my child, and bask in the dreams of your youth that you are too scared to remember." Oculus opens up to your heart as it takes you away from this strange dream called Leicht.
