The Unseen Sparks are a division under The Orange Hammers, and they operate to gather information about the city or it's citizens, as well as investigate crimes.

History

9 years ago, when the great white dragon raged through Rimeterra the former leader Rhoyax Ethtec, had been sent out on a mission to find information about the dragons position. Yet he never returned from that mission and was never found, so his brother Balkul Tholtan took over, and led the organization, in his stead.
