Omerant Enclave

One of the largest @Federacy bases in known space, the Omerant Enclave is a full moon orbiting the world of @Exon, dedicated to efficiently housing a number of Federacy elements which are dedicated to handling Federacy affairs on this side of the Rift.

Though the moon itself is part of the Enclave, the Citadel upon it is truly a massive fortress, capable of serving as a secondary government base of operations at a moments notice.
