Bob Hawks, Captain

Leader of the Kilarious Pirates, he's become something of a Robin Hood-esque figure representing the plight of the MBS. He never kills, only takes from those (he feels) can afford it (i.e. never attacks essential shipments supporting those living on the Base or outlying mining works).
