The City of Elturel, Avernus, First Layer of the Nine Hells
On the way to the Grand Cemetery to find Grand Duke Ravengard, Wink's Warriors encountered two large demons.
Of the two demons, the one with large lobster-like claws proved the most formidable. Its ability to fly allowed it to grab Gorn and take the dragonborn paladin high up in the air.
Jade, who was also able to fly thanks to his magical boots, was able to attack the demon in the air. Khabhoom and Brimsdall used spells and other range attacks to eventually slay the demon while it was airborne. Fortunately, Gorn was able to survive the fall.
A second demon, which resembled some large overgrown frog was easily handled by Brimsdall who cast telekinesis on it, keeping it well above the ground and unable to attack. When Brimsdall dropped the thing, it broke through a burnt house then fled.
After Gorn healed himself, the adventurers continued on their way to the Grand Cemetery.
