Theun Schmitt
Born 1292 AK in Valkenholt; followed his mother’s footsteps in apprenticing as a blacksmith, accepted as a guild-accredited journeyman at the age of twenty. Sponsored by the Eighth Grand Regiment to receive further training from the Academy, enrolling in the Faculty of Artifice in 1314 AK. Granted the grade of Adept in 1318 AK (thesis: “Metallurgical Properties of Fixated Mercury”), and accredited as a master artificer in 1321 AK. Served with the 8th Grand Regiment for a five year term, before marrying Equilibrium Sofiesdochter in 1327 AK, and taking up a post as armourer to the Hellborn Host.
