Paracannia

This small mining town is often regarded as the "last safe bed" on the ancient road which leads from Cameri into the uplands and ultimately to Vash Kherat. It is a frequent place for adventurers heading into the the mountains to gather.
In 1344AK, a mining operation in the vicinity of the town broke through into a cave occupied by myconids under the sovereignty of One Outside All. The shaman Nerazh Zdravka attempted to psychically subourn the myconids for the purpose of achieving "mycopotheosis", believing that by merging with the fungal intelligence they would be able to repair the broken Eusocial Bond of the goblins; their machinations would have likely led to disaster had they not been stopped by a band of adventurers, who succeeded in negotiating an uneasy truce between the myconids and the inhabitants of Paracannia.
