Belchetop

Belchetop was a dwarven magician from Vash Ossai, who held the office of High Warden of the Anima during the reign of Melekhandra. He survived the fall of Vash Ossai by entering a sequestration chamber, though became undead in the process.
In 1344AK he was released from the sequestration chamber by a party of adventurers who had entered Vash Ossai; he was shortly thereafter killed by Zyltheas of the Lodge of the Ashen Phoenix.
