Arnaud Riddacci

(a.k.a. Atonement)

Born 1302, the son of Duchess Castellana Riddacci van Drakenmars; he was taken in by the Hospital of Ekirena when it was found that he had been born a tiefling. Excelled as an apprentice of the Academy; having been informed of his birthright on his sixteenth birthday it was agreed that he could remain with the Academy. Enrolled at a neophyte of the Faculty Militant in 1320, granted the grade of Adept 1323 (thesis: “Towards a New Doctrine of Cryomantic Artillery”). Served in the Third Cohort Arcane 1323AK to 1331AK; wounded in the Battle of the Karst and taken prisoner by the Savuran rebels, but was rescued by agents of the Queensknife before the rebels learned his true identity. Returned to Gildenschloss 1336 AK to take command of the Tower Guard following the retirement of Knight-Captain Monaldo Ysern, a position that he has held ever since.
Lord-Scion Arnaud is not widely known to be a tiefling, and given his parentage it is our strong opinion that it would be better that this did not become common knowledge.
