Mesjran Poetry
Mesjran poetry has always been linked to the mystical and arcane. The most ancient of the Mesjran forms of poetry is the Dedications of Edos which was a four lined stanza and the Mantrastaz Edicts whose prose is set in 3 lines the first with 3 syllables, then 6, finally with 9. The earliest known poems were the Mantra of Beginnings and the Reawakening of the Cosmos. They are translated as thus:
In sleep we thought not
In silence we did not become
In awakening we saw
Beholding our creation
-Mantra of Beginnings
Behold all
Creation Awakens
in Darkness for Light has returned
-Reawakening of the Cosmos
