Southern Alliance

The Southern Alliance is a military alliance between the three kingdoms of Eleonis, Lupear and Aguilear. It was first formed in 1111 CE during the Great War, when Laethis began marching on Lupear and was a crucial part of the defeat of Laethis and his armies. After this, the alliance gradually split, but the three kingdoms kept their diplomatic relationship stable and friendly.

During the War of the Lions, the alliance was formed once again after the first Battle of the Angeleor Fields in preparation for the expected more forceful attack from Iohan and his troops. When this attack did come, the three kingdoms stood together strongly, defeating the army of their enemy.

For now, the three kingdoms are bound by contract to stand by the others in case of an outside attack. As for the Alliance's future, it remains to be seen which way it will develop.
