Vinium

Capital of the Coviorian Republic, and home of the Coviorian Parliament, Vinium is built on a small island in the middle of the Nernovita River. Over time, it has expanded; the old city, including the Parliament, have become Vinium Proper, and the slums and outskirts have spread out to the river banks.
