Storm Lord Ekene Ntombi
Ekene Ntombi is a pirate who preys upon ships in the Southern Grwn Sea. Some say that she is simply a powerful weather mage. Others believe that she has sold her soul to a powerful demon. Some even say that she gained her powers by personally killing a kraken, and some simply think that she's lucky, and her luck is yet to run out.
She leads an entire armada of pirates (the Storm Riders) who attack any and all ships. They will often appear out of a wall of rain, sack a ship, take all on board as prisoners, and retreat back into the storm.
It is believed that Ekene and the Storm Riders are based out of the Dudlingia Principality, but they still attack Dudlingian ships, so it's not a certainty.
