Casting Time: 1 reaction, which you take when you see a creature teleporting away or appearing by the means of teleportation.

Target: A creature in the process of teleportation

Duration: Instantaneous You attempt to interrupt a creature in the process of teleportation. If the creature is using a spell of 2nd level or lower (or effect/ability of equal power), its spell fails and has no effect. If Counter Teleport is used when creature appears it is teleported back to its vanishing point.
If it is casting a spell of 3rd level or higher (or effect/ability of equal power), make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell’s level. On a success, the creature’s spell fails just as noted above.
The creature who has been counter teleported can't use teleportation for 1 hour afterwards. At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the interrupted spell has no effect if its level is less than or equal to the level of the spell slot you used.
