Nekka, Defiance (Neck-ah)

OVERVIEW

Nekka is Vontri's Arch-Fey whom represents the virtue of Defiance. She fits the role well due to her rule-breaking and isolationist nature. Unlike almost every other Arch-Fey, Nekka rules her realm in a authoritarian monarch style. While it seems hypocritical, she does not tolerate defiance to her rule and instead, encourages defiance against the other regions and any usurpers. She is incredibly politically inclined, holding extravagant rituals and parties for political liaisons. On the same token, she is extremely unhappy seeing visitors in her chambers uninvited because that would imply that they managed to kill or incapacitate all of her guards and security measures. Living underground in her fungus-infested palace, she dabbles with infernals and demons- in which she takes image of.

DESCRIPTION

Nekka takes her appearance to be a reflection of an infernal or demon, but does so in a way that makes her stunningly beautiful. Her most noticeable feature is her large white horns that shields the top of her head and spirals back like a large crown. The spiky surface covers her head and goes down to between her eyes. Frequently, mushrooms grow in these horns and are seen as a great honor to receive one from Nekka's horns. Her oval eyes glow in the crevice of her eyes, casting a glow wherever she looks and on her face. Cracks in her pale white face glow faintly red as well down to her maroon lips. Straight white silky hair hands from underneath her horns down past her shoulders to the middle of her back.

Her skin is a pale shade of white and accents her slender and athletic form. Red cracks go down her neck to her chest and also covers her thighs. Nekka's outfits usually consist of beautiful form fitting dresses and accessories - her favorite being a shined black leather dress that goes to the floor and drapes beautifully across the ground. Her voice is a sultry feminine voice, however, when she gets angry it grows to a pitch that can only be described as backed with flames.

PERSONALITY

Nekka can be incredibly cruel and sadistic. Ruling her region with an iron first, she loves torturing those who oppose her. Her underground palace is built perfectly to her tastes- it is dark and grows all sorts of rare and dangerous mushrooms.  The halls are heavily guarded with devoted and loving followers. Her beauty, wit, and cunning has permanently won over their love and devotion. Her defiant virtue and nature comes from her urge to defy the social norms and the political pressure from other regions, preferring to stay solitary. The Arch-Fey will never admit it, but she does respect those who do try to defy her... before she kills them for doing so. 

Nekka respects those who take the proper ways to respect and honor her, as well as those with outstanding wit, cunning, and fierceness. She will choose these people as her "warriors" and gives them titles or gifts if they prove themselves. Those who do not meet her requirements are seen as not worth her time and may become her personal toys. In short, Nekka is not an Arch-Fey that most want to come in contact with. She is not easily persuaded, outwitted, or pleased.
