Firtis, Resilience (Fur-tiss)

OVERVIEW

Firtis is Onna's Arch-Fey whom represents the virtue of Resilience. Sitting atop mountainous peaks that are dangerous, cold, and desolate she dares anyone who thinks they can take on the challenge to visit her to do so. Those who make it to the top of the highest peak of Onna will receive a boon as a reward. To her, her mountains are the greatest challenge one could face and she respects those who live deeper in them as their home. When visiting, she is welcoming and hospitable although her true personality is never fully revealed. Instead, her conversations are very formal and surface level, perhaps due to her icy interior. Firtis is completely made out of shaped ice with a smooth face that displays no mouth, nose, or eyes. The Arch-Fey never truly displays her emotions or intent, as to be one with her ice mountains.

DESCRIPTION

Firtis is made completely out of sleek blue ice, giving her a shimmery appearance when she hits the light correctly. These blues work together to create a sense of depth to the ice that isn't really there. Her icy form is made to look like a beautiful and elegant dress complete with a cape that somehow still moves when she walks. The cape ascends to sharp and spikey peaks along her shoulder blades, much like the mountains she most dearly loves.  Her face is a smooth, helmet like structure with a crown that peaks up into the shapes of, once more, the peaks on which she lives. Her face has no mouth, nose, or eyes and instead has a swirling design. Delicate arms hand hands move with her motions from a small opening in the cape. Despite them being ice, they are fully functional. Her voice appears as a sound emitting from her body and the tone is chilly and sharp, yet entrancing to listen to.

PERSONALITY

Firtis' true personality isn't really known, so perhaps the personality she displays is her true personality. When she is encountered, she is completely surface level about herself and talks very professionally and emotionless about the matter at hand. It is known that she respects those with resilient ways, especially those who brave her mountain peeks to come see her. Even then, her welcome is only short lived before she will send those ascenders back on their way to brave the trip back down. Unfair negotiation is not tolerated with her and she is very strict on her rules and guidelines for visitors. A misstep could send you flying down the mountain.
