Ichio works as a Jonin instructor in Konohagakure's Academy. Genin under his tutelage tend to have an above average passing rate. Most complaints relating to him are his tendencies to be a push-over, but that never deters him from being supportive to his students. Ichio is not strict by any means necessary.
