Kalyani is a female member of the Battle Spears, known for her marksman skills and being the child of Homesteaders. She was born on Earth and is of Pakistani descent. She was Awakened alongside her family in . After an incident during an Exploration in YY 26, she was recruited as a Battle Spear.
Kalyani has an open personality, but keeps her personal life extremely private. No information is known about any friends, romantic partners, or sexual partners. She is child-contracted with Homesteader ████████████ for 2 children, so that both Homesteads will be provided with an heir. The Science Department has approved of the contract, on the condition of being allowed to observe the children. No pregnancy date has been planned yet.

History

Youth

Detailed juvenile information from before an individual's 21st birthday is automatically sealed, and can only be viewed under one of two conditions:

1. Approval by Security Clearance 4+, as approved by the Military Court
2. As part of a political or legal inquiry, as approved by the Military Court

Approved highlights: Kalyani began participating in Homesteader security patrols at age 16. She helped defend camps against multiple Ursa Major attacks, once taking out over half of a stampede by herself.

Adulthood

From age 21 to 26, Kalyani served as security for several Homestead settlements, and frequently joined hunts for dangerous wildlife. At age 26, the Battle Spears hired her as guide to evaluate her skills, before offering her a job which she accepted. Since then she has participated in 6 Explorations. Because of her long-range abilities, she is never employed as bodyguard within the First City.
She started as a Tier 2 Battle Spear, and was raised to Tier 3 in YY 28. She is currently undergoing evaluation and is likely to be raised to Tier 4 soon. While she has not developed any rare abilities, the synergy of her Enhanced senses with her natural abilities have made her an incredible marksman, to the point where she is incapable of teaching her skills to anyone. Instead, she uses her Homesteader experiences to teach new recruits.
