• He compliments Leta in the pantheon mostly, but he also encompasses most domains.

• Primarily worshiped in just Noctre, though there are fringe groups in other parts of the world.

• Dresses in fine and colorful clothing.

• Does not actually care how he's worshiped, so long as he's worshiped. He doesn't demand blood sacrifice, a few people just do it thinking it's the right way.

• His "palace" is where the souls that he collects go. They're either from the victims of sacrifices or followers. They're there to serve him as his own brand of "collectors".
