Currently led by Fredrick Miller. He was voted in almost unanimously after helping organize the guild.
Public Agenda
It doesn't matter what city or country you're from or in, you're welcome to join if you're working for someone else. The dues are only one silver piece a year, and payments can be made throughout the year to total up to it. If you can't afford the dues, they'll launch an investigation into your workplace and begin taking action to make sure the pay is fair. They're very welcoming and open to everyone.
History
- Founded by a miner named Fredrick, he and the others at the mines were tired of the working conditions leading to early deaths. The last straw was the death of a fourteen year old boy in a collapse. From there, they fought for better pay, working conditions, and an age minimum to end child labor. Word spread and they were asked to help in other industries. The group grew until they finally applied to start a guild of their own.
- They once had a walkout that shut down Luhren's capital for eight days before the demands of the guilds were met.
