The pledging of support to the Eastern Elves by Fjordstrond, Shellbay, Jerborg, and consideration by the Snow-Rock Isles.

After Sven Gortrum let Vhou Riyael's pleas slip in drunken celebration, other leaders began looking into this threat. The people of Fjordstrund knew of the advanced technology of the Western Elves, as various individuals had been requested to help them build it. Shellbay and Fjordstrond often pledged to protect each other, as they both had a mutually beneficial trade relationship. Due to this, when Fjordstrond explained the potential validity of Eastern Elvish fears, Shellbay was quick to align.   Jerborg would join later at the request of Eldergrund. While Eldergrund would not join itself, wishing not to risk soldiers, it saw Jerborg as somewhat expendable with the loss of slaves and wished to get in good favor with Fjordstrond and Shellbay due to their shaky history.   When word got to the Snow-Rock Isles, they were not openly against supporting the elves, but largely saw it as inconsequential ever since the estrangement of the Snow-Rocks from the mainland. Further, Vestergil said not to get involved unless it was to defend the isles.
