The date which Riyael gave Feneyl the permission and resources to expand on his side of the mountains.
After extensive pestering from Feneyl, Riyael finally allowed him to expand and build his own city. While he had wanted to focus on their side of the mountains, Uliyo Feneyl had promised a high return on resources, should the expand further. Riyael gave Feneyl a massive advance of resources, and they immediately got to work. This angered Haerehel, as they were promised an advance as well. Uliyo taunted them in a correspondence, saying they should have pestered Riyael more.
