The period in which the Tara-Jhen and humans began to wind down after a long period of war and tensions, marked by its vast constructions, explorations, and repositioning of the human military.

During the time of rest, the Saltkrigere were asked to stand down and mostly function as local guard for domestic issues or threats from local wild life. Shellbay grew and would become identified as an official Snow-Rock city. Hoping for a promotion of barony, or similar correspondent status, Hamish got rejected by Kanel as a form of revenge for the infractions during wartime. He would maintain a position as military general at Shellbay, where he would do nothing but hear about minor domestic disputes until his early death from poor health (likely fueled by the hefty diet of the rich and inactivity of his job). Shellbay grew entirely self sufficient in this time, gainging fields and even starting the construction of a larger keep, fitting of the new lands.   With Ravahinas being underwater, the Tara-Jhen wanted to capitalize on the lack of order in the region. They sent people down along with a bit of Quai to start a new lakeside city, which would allow for quick communication with the humans (via the newly made river under Taopin's Well, yet to be named such). The city would be named Pell Eli, having several ports and clearer waters thanks to the flooding.   The Snow-Rocks would continue to enjoy peace amongst themselves with the relatively new system of government. The three groups would benefit each other greatly in this time, with waterproof leathers becoming the standard for the human military and the marsh becoming much more inviting up the northern end.
