New Vhan Hnidas (Vawn Huh-nee-doss)
New Vhan Hnidas is a territory designated to Thanids after the Tara-Jhen took the Quai from them. At the time, the lizardfolk though exterminating a Quai chosen would be in bad taste, and lose them their own access, so instead they allowed the Thanids to live in exile. If any were seen outside of their designated territory, they were to be slain.
The region was practically deficient in useful resources, though also lacking in antagonistic flora or fauna. The only reliable way of avoiding hunger is taking up a hunter gatherer lifestyle, as their is no good land to farm traditionally nor enough resources for livestock to graze.
The whole island consists of flatlands along with dense fog brought on from the Thanid Divide.
