Gidofemi (Gee-doe-fem-ee)
The Gidofemi serve both religious, political, and public services with their jobs. They help individuals navigate between the realms of Quai so that the Gidofem themselves do not have to take the time to do so.

Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of the Quai, navigation skills, must be Tara-Jhen, must already serve under the Quai in some capacity.
Payment & Reimbursement
In Augur's End and Goldwalk, Gidofemi tend to receive inadequate payment. Because of this, much of their time is spent working and they usually have to live in their established churches. While they are appreciated, the largely human population does not recognize their talents.
In Kraken Mur territory, they tend to live in their own homes. Their needs are taken care of, they receive political status, and are generally seen as honorable public servants. Lastly, they usually have decent accommodations prepared in any other Kraken Mur territory they may traverse to.

Purpose
They serve as travel guides, whether for religious homages or basic travel reasons.

History
The profession grew into relevance as population and tradition growth made the job impossible to achieve by the Gidofem alone.
