The Old Capital
This used to be the capital of the old human empire. Today a new settlement is standing in its place. This is a city of archeologists. So many dig sites have sprung up that the logistics need to run them, turned the settlement into a sprawlin city like area.
Demographics
People of all winds. Mostly younger settlers. Not families but single men and women trying to find their fortune through finding and selling relics.
Government
There is no general governing body working for the settlement. Safety is maintained by the soldiers stationed here, but they take orders from the council. The religious needs are taken care of by representatives od the clerical order. While
